It started with our stubborn basset hound named Olaf and a pile of disappointing Amazon purchases.
Our founder tried what felt like every pet product on the market, cooling mats that didn't stay cool, grooming brushes that barely touched the fur, toys that fell apart in a week. The pattern was clear: the pet product industry was flooded with cheap, overhyped junk dressed up with slick photography.
So we decided to do something different. We started testing. Obsessively. Every product in our catalog has been put through its paces by real pets — including Olaf, who has famously rejected three separate dog beds, two chew toys, and one very expensive automatic feeder.
