Shipping policy

At Pawdgets, we want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect shape.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within the United States after processing.

Shipping cost. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays. Carriers occasionally experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of ordering, email us at [support@pawdgets.com] and we'll make it right.

Damaged or lost orders. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [support@pawdgets.com] with your order number (and photos, if damaged), and we'll resolve it promptly.
