Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to start a return. Email [support@pawdgets.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

Damaged or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, used grooming items and consumables are final sale, as are clearance items.

Order changes & cancellations. Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
